The victory meant Iran topped the four-team tournament with a perfect record of three wins.
Iran, champions in 2019, had opened their campaign with a 5-1 win over Kyrgyz Republic.
The title was effectively confirmed following their 1-0 defeat of defending champions Uzbekistan on Matchday Two.
Uzbekistan finished second on six points with Kyrgyz Republic third on three points.
