FIFA looks at how Salma Paralluelo, Caroline Graham Hansen, Lyneth Beerensteyn, Khadija Shaw and Chiamaka Nnadozie have fared over the last five months.

Five months have now passed since Spain’s historic triumph in Sydney brought the curtain down on the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ and the heroines of that unforgettable tournament have begun new adventures with their clubs and national teams.

While the NWSL, the top division of women’s football in the United States, does not resume until March, mid-January marks the season’s halfway point for many leagues across Europe, and FIFA felt it was an appropriate time to check on how five familiar faces have fared since they left Australia and New Zealand in August.
