Having defeated China PR\u2019s Wuhan Jiangda Women\u2019s FC by the same scoreline on Thursday, Abu Dhabi looked to have confirmed their knockout stage spot after netting from their only two shots but Engesha, who had drawn Red Angels level earlier in the match as well, came to her side\u2019s rescue again.<\/p>\n
Abu Dhabi got off to a dream start, taking the lead in the third minute thanks to a superb through ball from Rashida Ibrahim that sliced through the Red Angels defence, with Lara Ivanusa curling home a first-time finish.<\/p>\n
Red Angels battled back, forcing goalkeeper Jeane Bueno to block a Koo Yoo-jin header then Yoko Tanaka thrashed a shot just over before Lee Min A crashed a header against the post.<\/p>\n
Parity was restored in the 34th minute following a flowing move which saw Lee sending Tanaka free on the right, who then hooked the ball to the centre for Engesha to nod home for her third goal of the group stage.<\/p>\n
There was an opportunity for Red Angels to take the lead in added time from a free-kick that presented Koo with a chance from close range but she blasted her shot over the bar.<\/p>\n
Red Angels increased the tempo in the second half with efforts from Engesha, Tia N\u2019Rehy and Lee threatening to give the Korean side the lead but it would be Abu Dhabi who went ahead for the second time.<\/p>\n
Lidija Kulis stood over a free-kick some 25 yards out in the 55th minute before unleashing a powerful shot into the top corner.<\/p>\n
Red Angels camped in Abu Dhabi\u2019s half for the remainder of the match and their push for an equaliser was rewarded deep into stoppage time when Engesha bundled in from close range for a share of the spoils.<\/p>\n
